The amount you want to walk away with. Everything we sell it above that is how we get paid — you're never charged directly.
We market it hard
Professional photos and video, pushed across our full buyer network — CarGurus, Edmunds, Cars.com, etc. — so serious buyers see it, instead of it getting scrolled past on Marketplace.
You get paid when it sells
If there's a payoff, we handle that first. The rest — your equity — comes to you by wire or check. Out-of-state cars ship once the sale is fully funded.
A bigger tax credit, any car you want
Trade-ins are credited at wholesale value. Consign with us, and once we sell it, you're credited at retail — money that goes straight toward your next purchase, for any car you want. Don't see what you want in our inventory? We'll track one down anywhere in the country, private-party or dealer. (Trade-in tax credit rules vary by state — California, Hawaii, Virginia, and D.C. don't offer one.)
Where your car sits
In the Valley?
We recommend leaving it at our showroom — buyers can come see it in person and do their own due diligence, and it's where we shoot OUR photos and videos that help sell it quicker. Once our sales managers vet a buyer and they seem serious, we may also offer a test drive if needed.
Prefer to keep it home?
That works too. We still advise stopping by the dealership to get professional photos and videos, but most importantly, to meet us face to face and get a tour of the dealership.
Out of state?
No problem — we sell cars sight-unseen regularly, using professional photos and videos that makes it feel like the car is right in front of the buyer. Shipping the car to one of our locations is an option, since it lets us shoot OUR OWN photos and videos on hand and helps sell it quicker, but it's not necessary. If not, it'll ship once you're fully funded.
